Grow as a leader of change and take your team “from safe to great”

3 tips from "safe to great"

  1. Strengthen your growth mindset

  2. Reduce your "protective mindsets"

  3. Know that your good intentions may not result in the impact you intended - and be curious about it

In the video I elaborate on each of the 3 tips.

Reflection

  • Think of a challenging situation that you handled well. What went before it - what were your (helpful) thoughts or how did you prepare?

  • When you slip into a “protective” mode for action - what were your (not so helpful) thoughts, concerns or worries?

  • You may not know this on the spot - but going forward I encourage you to reflect on these questions and get some learnings. Then you are ready to do a 360 assessment and make real change!
